Luxury Watch Consignment Across Canada | Leo Gallery

Luxury Watch Consignment Across Canada

Based in Ottawa, Leo Gallery reviews luxury watch consignment requests from owners across Canada. Choose Watch in the form below and provide your contact information, watch details, and five clear photographs for our review. If it is a potential fit, we will send you a preliminary, watch-specific proposal explaining the proposed commission or fixed fee, minimum fee where applicable, and the next steps. You may discuss the proposal before deciding whether to proceed.

Do not ship your watch when you submit the form. A submission or preliminary proposal is not acceptance into consignment. We first agree on the proposed terms and approved delivery method. The shipping label and its cost are the owner's responsibility; the exact insured shipping cost can be determined after we discuss the watch and delivery arrangement. Ottawa-area owners may arrange a private appointment instead.

How it works

  1. Submit details and photos. Choose Watch and provide your name, email, phone number, city and province or territory, brand, reference, year, condition, accessories, asking price, and five required photos. Add the watch service history if known. No identity document needs to be uploaded with the initial form.
  2. Receive a preliminary fee proposal. We review the information and send the commission or fixed fee proposed for your watch, any minimum fee, and an indicative pricing approach. Fees are considered case by case and can be discussed. We will also explain potential expenses and the owner's expected minimum net amount before a final agreement.
  3. Agree on delivery. After an initial agreement, Leo provides approved instructions for an Ottawa appointment or insured shipment from elsewhere in Canada. The owner obtains and pays for the shipping label. We confirm the shipping method and its actual cost for that shipment before anything is sent. Coverage, limits, packing requirements, and responsibility are subject to the approved arrangement and written terms; do not assume every carrier label covers a luxury watch.
  4. Inspection and written acceptance. After receipt, we inspect condition, authenticity, ownership information, and supporting documents. We may then request identification and proof of ownership. The final listing price, minimum net proceeds, fee, approved expenses, term, and insurance responsibilities are recorded in an item-specific written agreement. Leo may decline a watch after inspection.
  5. Listing, sale, and payout. Once accepted, we photograph and market the watch. We handle buyer inquiries and the transaction. Following a final sale, cleared payment, and any applicable return or dispute period, we pay the agreed net proceeds under the signed terms. Sale timing and price are not guaranteed.

Before you send your watch

The form starts an initial review only. Wait for Leo's written delivery instructions and confirm that the chosen insurance arrangement covers the watch's declared value, route, and return if needed. The agreed schedule will set out what happens if an item is not accepted or is withdrawn.

We also consider gold and jewellery. Contact us with the item details; watch-specific questions below apply to watches.
