We want every purchase from Leo Gallery to be accurately represented and delivered securely. Eligible return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, without new wear, damage, alteration, bracelet sizing, or removal of any security or inspection tag. The complete set—including box, papers, cards, links, accessories, and gifts—must be returned.
Requesting a Return
Email leowatchgallery@gmail.com before sending anything back. Include the order number and reason for the request. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless the item was materially misrepresented or sent incorrectly, return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. The parcel must be fully insured, trackable, and packaged securely. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Inspection & Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item and all accessories have been received and inspected. Any loss in value caused by wear, damage, missing items, or alteration may make the return ineligible.
Non-Returnable Items
Items specifically identified as final sale, personalized or modified items, and completed services are not returnable except where required by applicable law.
