Manufacturer Warranty
If a watch includes a valid and transferable manufacturer warranty, the warranty card and remaining coverage will be identified in the product listing. Manufacturer warranty service is governed by the original brand’s terms and service network.
Pre-Owned & Vintage Watches
Pre-owned and vintage watches may show age-related wear and may not perform to the tolerances of a new watch. Unless expressly stated in the product listing, water resistance and service history are not guaranteed.
Repairs & Service Requests
Leo Gallery is not an authorized service centre for the brands sold. We can review a concern and, where appropriate, help coordinate an assessment with a qualified independent watchmaker or the manufacturer. Any work and cost must be approved before service begins.
