These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Leo Gallery website and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the related policies published on the website.
Products & Authenticity
Many products are pre-owned, vintage, unique, or available in a quantity of one. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate photographs and descriptions, including known condition details and included accessories. Natural wear consistent with age and use may be present.
Pricing & Availability
Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. An item is not reserved until payment is confirmed, and we may cancel or decline an order affected by an availability, pricing, payment, security, or listing error.
Payments & Verification
Orders may be subject to payment, identity, billing, or fraud-prevention verification. We may request additional information before accepting or shipping a high-value order.
Consignment Services
A request for evaluation does not create a consignment relationship. Consignment begins only after Leo Gallery physically receives the item, completes its inspection, confirms authenticity, accepts the item in writing, and the parties agree to the item-specific schedule. Seller Representations
A seller or consignor must have lawful ownership and authority to sell the item and must disclose known alterations, repairs, replacement or aftermarket parts, liens, claims, loss, theft, insurance history, and other material facts. Identification and supporting ownership documentation may be required.
Shipping, Returns & Duties
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and local requirements.

Website text, branding, original photography, and design elements may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Leo Gallery is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, carrier delay, customs processing, or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
