Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment and security verification. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Delivery & Signature
Shipments include tracking and transit insurance appropriate to the shipment. A signature may be required. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for being available to receive the parcel.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and local clearance requirements. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Customs delays are outside Leo Gallery’s control.
Carrier Delays
Delivery dates are estimates. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs, and security reviews may cause delays. We will assist with a carrier investigation when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed in writing.
Damage or Tampering
Inspect the parcel at delivery. If packaging appears damaged or tampered with, photograph it before opening and contact leowatchgallery@gmail.com promptly. Keep all packaging while a claim is reviewed.
