Authenticity & Inspection

Our Authentication Standard

Every watch, gold item and piece of jewellery offered by Leo Gallery is reviewed before it is accepted for sale or consignment. Our goal is to give buyers and consignors a clear, documented and transparent process.

What We Inspect

  • Brand, reference and identifying marks
  • Case, movement, dial, bracelet, clasp and components where applicable
  • Gold purity, weight and hallmarks
  • Gemstone type, setting and disclosed documentation
  • Condition, service history, accessories and provenance supplied by the owner

Consignment Acceptance

A submission is only an initial review. Consignment begins after the item is physically received, inspected by the Leo Gallery team and accepted as authentic and suitable for sale. We may request additional documents, photographs or third-party testing.

Transparency

Material replacement parts, condition issues and included accessories are disclosed in the listing when known. Product descriptions reflect the information available at the time of inspection.

Important Notice

Leo Gallery may decline any item at its discretion. No item should be delivered or shipped until you receive written instructions from our team.
