Official announcement: October 2, 2026. Swiss independent watchmaker Armin Strom has introduced the Tribute³ Au750, reference RG26-TRI.AU. The edition is limited to eight pieces worldwide.
What Armin Strom has confirmed
The 38 mm case, off-centre dial and subdial use 18-karat rose gold. The material continues into all three movement bridges, including a three-quarter bridge visible through the sapphire case back. Three guilloché patterns distinguish the dial, subdial and bridge. The case measures 9.38 mm thick and is rated to 5 ATM.
The hand-wound calibre AMW21 has a stated 100-hour power reserve. Armin Strom says 97% of its components are made in-house. Its visible motor barrel and prominent finishing make this a watch designed to be examined from both sides.
Official price and Canadian context
Armin Strom lists the Tribute³ Au750 at CHF 69,000. That is the brand’s Swiss-franc price, not a confirmed Canadian retail price. We have not verified Canadian availability. A Canadian buyer should obtain a current local quote and confirm the full delivered cost before making a decision. The eight-piece limit describes production; it does not establish a future resale value.
Leo Gallery's Take
For collectors in Canada, this release is a reminder that independent watchmaking can offer a different kind of rarity: visible movement architecture, extensive hand finishing and a very small production run. The key buying question is whether those details matter enough to you in person. The official specifications are clear; any estimate of future demand or resale value would be speculation.
